trackNOW tnavIC AIS 140: Compliance Solutions for Telangana Mining

The trackNOW tnavIC AIS 140 GPS Device is a Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation (TGMDC) empaneled and ARAI-certified compliance solution. It is engineered specifically to handle the high-demand requirements of mining operations.

Use-Cases for the Telangana Mining Industry

1. Sand Tippers & Lorries (TGMDC/SSMMS) This device is mandatory for vehicles transporting sand from Godavari reaches to stockyards. The system ensures the vehicle is “Traceable” on the SSMMS portal. This visibility is crucial for error-free Sand Booking and the generation of Delivery Challans.

2. Coal Transport (Singareni/SCCL) trackNOW is essential for trucks moving coal from Kothagudem, Mancherial, and Bhupalpally mines. The device validates the route from the Pit Head to the Thermal Power Plant. This route validation is key to preventing coal pilferage and unauthorized offloading during transit.

3. Granite Logistics (DMG) For transporting granite blocks from Karimnagar and Warangal, this device records the exact route history. It validates that the mineral is being moved strictly to the permitted destination, a requirement for issuing digital Transit Passes.

4. Limestone & Cement Targeted for Bulkers and Tippers in the Nalgonda cement belt, the device integrates with Automated Weighbridges (AWS). This ensures that the loaded weight matches the data provided in the e-Permit.

State & Department Wise AIS-140 Compliance

  • Telangana – SCCL (Coal): Compliant with Singareni Collieries mandates for “Operator Independent Truck Dispatch Systems” (OITDS) and external coal transport tracking.

  • Telangana – Department of Mines & Geology (DMG): Integrated with the TS-eMining portal. This is mandatory for generating e-Permits for Granite, Limestone, and Road Metal.
